I’m Sam — a Registered Dietitian and Integrative & Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner.


I support women navigating IBS, SIBO, chronic digestive discomfort, endometriosis, PCOS, the ups and downs of perimenopause and menopause — and those simply wanting to optimize their nutrition and long-term health.
